Hotel Recruitment and Training ExecutiveAs a Hotel Recruitment and Training Executive, you will play a crucial role in identifying, recruiting, and training talented individuals to join our hospitality team. You will be responsible for developing and implementing effective recruitment strategies to attract top-tier candidates, as well as designing and delivering comprehensive training programs to ensure the ongoing professional development of our staff. This is a hands on role 5/7 and requires excellent communication skills, strong organizational abilities, and a deep understanding of the hospitality industry.About the roleKey Responsibilities:Recruitment Strategy Development:Develop and implement innovative recruitment strategies to attract high-calibre candidates for various positions within the hotel.Collaborate with department heads to understand staffing needs and create tailored recruitment plans for each department.Manage candidate pipelines and applicant tracking systems through our See Me Hired Platform to maintain accurate records of recruitment activities.Training Programme Development:Design, develop, and update training programs and budgets for various roles within the hotel, including front desk staff, housekeeping, food and beverage service, and management positions.Collaborate with department heads and subject matter experts to identify training needs and prioritize learning objectives.Incorporate best practices, industry standards, and company policies into training curriculum to ensure compliance and excellence in service delivery.Training Delivery and Evaluations:Facilitate training sessions and workshops for new hires and existing staff, both in group settings and one-on-one.Monitor and evaluate training effectiveness through assessments, surveys, and feedback mechanisms.Monitor and evaluate staff retention.Continuously review and refine training materials and delivery methods to enhance learning outcomes and employee engagement.Onboarding and Orientation:Coordinate and conduct new employee orientations to familiarize them with company culture, policies, and procedures.Serve as a point of contact for new hires, addressing questions and providing support throughout the onboarding process.Partner with department managers to ensure a smooth transition for new employees into their respective roles.Performance Management Support:Assist in the development and implementation of performance management processes, including goal setting, performance appraisals, and career development plans.Provide guidance and support to managers in addressing performance issues and implementing corrective actions when necessary.Qualifications:Proven experience in hotel operations, recruitment, talent acquisition, within the hospitality industry.Experience designing and delivering training programs, with a focus on customer service, hospitality operations, and leadership development.Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal, with the ability to interact effectively with individuals at all levels of the organization.Highly organized with the ability to manage multiple priorities and deadlines in a fast-paced environment.Conclusion:The role of a Hotel Recruitment and Training Executive is pivotal in ensuring the hotel's success by attracting, selecting, and developing top talent.
