- Conducting background research, data collection and bench marking
- Estimating and producing cost estimates and cost plans
- Compiling and amending tender lists
- Drafting procurement documentation
- Checking and analysing tenders
- Drafting tender reports
- Dealing with variations and the change control processes
- Negotiating less financially significant or complex matters
- Conducting cost checks
- Conducting interim valuations
- Drafting monthly reports
- Analysing the numbers for the final accounts
- Driving and sustaining a high level and quality of service delivery
- Liaising with the client, contractors, designers, etc.
- Raise and enhance our market profile including identifying and converting growth and income opportunities.
- Assist in developing comprehensive and successful responses/submissions to secure further commissions.
- Assist in the development of a sustainable and successful business in line with defined strategic objectives.
- Degree in Quantity Surveying or relative field
- 3 years of experience in a similar role
- Team player
- Exceptional IT skills
