If so, we want to hear from you!Main Purpose of Job:Reporting too the Food & Beverage Manager, as the Food & Beverage Operations Manager, you’ll lead, manage, and operate the Clubhouse Food and Beverage department to ensure impeccable service delivery in line with five-star standards. You’ll collaborate closely with various departments to enhance the guest experience and drive productivity.Key Duties and Activities:

Manage day-to-day Food & Beverage and Conference & Banqueting operations within the Clubhouse.
Ensure exceptional customer satisfaction.
Effectively manage operational budgets.

Key Objectives and Responsibilities:

Lead F&B operations along with the F&B Manager, within budget and to the highest standard.
Liaise with other departments to maintain superior service.
Implement innovative ideas to enhance menu offerings.
Foster a culture of excellence and professionalism.
Ensure compliance with health and safety standards.
Staff recruitment, training, and development.
Maintain clear and concise communication channels.

Requirements:

Previous Management experience in a 4* / 5* hotel.
Excellent communication and budget management skills.
Experience in Conference and Banqueting service preferred.
