- Manage day-to-day Food & Beverage and Conference & Banqueting operations within the Clubhouse.
- Ensure exceptional customer satisfaction.
- Effectively manage operational budgets.
- Lead F&B operations along with the F&B Manager, within budget and to the highest standard.
- Liaise with other departments to maintain superior service.
- Implement innovative ideas to enhance menu offerings.
- Foster a culture of excellence and professionalism.
- Ensure compliance with health and safety standards.
- Staff recruitment, training, and development.
- Maintain clear and concise communication channels.
- Previous Management experience in a 4* / 5* hotel.
- Excellent communication and budget management skills.
- Experience in Conference and Banqueting service preferred.
