This is a place to make a difference in the world.The Role & What You Will Be DoingThe Production Trainer is responsible for setting training objectives and evaluations for operational procedures incorporation training objectives and evaluations into operational procedures to ensure systematic consistency in learning transfer from senior operators to newly recruited staff.Every day, we rise to the challenge to make a difference and here’s how the Production Trainer role will make an impact:Cleanroom Authorisation ManagementGowning qualification and requalification managementAseptic training managementMedia Fill ManagementAseptic personnel qualification and re-qualification.Process Development ManagementChange management of operational procedures to match updates in equipment or processes for new development products or tech transfer from exhibit batches to commercial scale batches.Compliance Management of SOP’sReview and update of operational procedures to define scope; re-structure SOP’s into accurate instructional tools.MyUniversity Content ManagementCreating, where possible, relevant content to lead CBT and e-learning for the Galway site.Incorporate current learning plans from paper base to electronicManage change of routine SOP training from paper based format to LMS format.About Your Skills & ExperienceFor this role, we’re looking for a candidate who has an effective combination of the following qualifications, skills and experiences:Minimum of a Bachelor's degree (or equivalent) and 2-4 years of experience. However, a combination of experience and/or education will be taken into consideration.Must possess knowledge of c GMP practices; cleanroom protocols and aseptic techniques.Must possess knowledge of principles and methods for curriculum training and design, teaching and instruction for individuals and groups and the measurement of training effects.Excellent interpersonal and communication skillsAbility to read and interpret general business documents. Ability to write routine reports and general business correspondence.
