- Answer hospitality support calls and queries in German language
- Provide solutions to customers or pass their case to the relevant team
- Resolve issues in real-time where possible
- Manage escalations and advise our teams on customer issues
- Update cases in our customer database
- Communicate case progress to customers
- Meet or exceed individual and company targets
- Experience in POS Systems and from the Food & Beverage/ Hospitality environment as well as helpdesk support would be advantageous.
- Fluent German and working knowledge of English skills are required for this role
- Work Mon-Fri between 8.00-18.00 CET
