What you'll doWe need you to understand operating systems, hardware, software, networks, and how they work together. You'll support our customers with technical and non-technical issues such as product compatibility, support, shipping, and electronic support fixes.
  • Answer hospitality support calls and queries in German language
  • Provide solutions to customers or pass their case to the relevant team
  • Resolve issues in real-time where possible
  • Manage escalations and advise our teams on customer issues
  • Update cases in our customer database
  • Communicate case progress to customers
  • Meet or exceed individual and company targets
  • Experience in POS Systems and from the Food & Beverage/ Hospitality environment as well as helpdesk support would be advantageous.
  • Fluent German and working knowledge of English skills are required for this role
  • Work Mon-Fri between 8.00-18.00 CET
