- Manage new designs through product lifecycle, ensuring smooth transition to volume manufacturing.
- Drive product and process improvements in collaboration with the team.
- Work closely with Subject Matter Experts to align new products with existing manufacturing capabilities.
- Become a Subject Matter Expert in specialized processes.
- Ensure new processes meet world-class manufacturing standards in coordination with TEOA and operations teams.
- Introduce efficient manufacturing processes for new products, focusing on productivity and quality.
- Conduct thorough validations before transferring processes to manufacturing.
- Implement effective technical solutions to address problems.
- Maintain high compliance standards with Medical Devices manufacturing requirements.
- Identify and implement Lean principles to enhance yield, throughput, and productivity.
- Explore new process technologies for potential competitive advantage.
- Manage relationships with technology providers and suppliers.
- Ensure compliance with Health, Safety, and Environmental requirements.
- Engineering degree or equivalent, with at least 2 years of experience.
- Strong technical background with new product introduction experience preferred.
- Motivated self-starter with decision-making ability.
- Knowledge of ISO and FDA compliance, with emphasis on validation.
- Proficiency in six sigma and lean manufacturing principles.
- Excellent communication, planning, and organizational skills.
- Problem-solving abilities with a focus on innovative and cost-effective solutions.
- Computer literacy, preferably with experience in 3D modeling and Cagila.
- Proven track record of excellent timekeeping and attendance.
