**First Year Apprentice Vacancy** First Year Apprentice Vacancy -We have a vacancy for a 1st year apprentice to join our maintenance team and complete a HGV apprenticeship in conjunction with SOLAS. Applicants with or without experience will be considered. **Duties will include**: * Servicing and maintenance of a large fleet of artic tractor units * Servicing and maintenance of a large and varied fleet of trailers * Welding and repairs * Minor auto-electrical repairs **Entry requirements** - as per the current approved minimum educational requirements for apprenticeship programmes Previous experience of the following subjects would be an advantage: mathematics, technical drawing/graphics, metalwork and technology.
