Job Title: Care Assistant (Health and Social Care)Job location: Ballinasloe and surrounding areasRole of the Care AssistantA Care Assistant's primary purpose is to deliver personal care and assistance to a client in their own home. Care Assistants are responsible for the implementation of the requirements of the clients care plan, performing identified care duties and promoting client comfort, dignity and wellbeing.Your main responsibilities will include:

Assisting the client in their daily activities;
Paying due care and attention to all aspects of care duties carried out on behalf of the client;
Providing a high standard of care, in compliance with Bluebird Care Policies.

Qualifications & Experience Required:All staff are expected to meet regulatory training standards. Care Assistants must attend and successfully complete initial induction training with Bluebird Care before providing care and support to our customers. During your probation period, and beyond, you will continue to receive on the job and classroom based training to help you fully understand your role. You must be willing to participate in ongoing training so you can continue to give good and safe care and support.Experience:Care:1 year (preferred).License/Certification:Full driving License(required)
Healthcare Qualifications(preferred)Work Authorization :Ireland (required)Work Location: On the roadSchedule:

Day Shift
Monday to Friday
Weekend Availability
