Job DescriptionWe are seeking a motivated and results-driven Contract Sales Representative to join our Client dynamic sales team. The Contract Sales Representative will be responsible for generating leads, building relationships with clients, negotiating contracts, and closing sales deals. This role requires a proactive individual who is adept at identifying potential clients, understanding their needs, and presenting tailored solutions to meet those needs. The ideal candidate will have a strong sales background, excellent communication skills, and a passion for exceeding targets.Key Responsibilities:
  • Utilize various methods such as cold calling, networking, and online research to generate leads and identify potential clients.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with clients by understanding their business goals, challenges, and needs. Serve as the main point of contact for clients throughout the sales process.
  • Conduct thorough needs assessments to understand the client's requirements and propose customized solutions that address their specific needs and objectives.
  • Prepare and present compelling proposals, quotations, and presentations that effectively communicate the value proposition of our products or services.
  • Negotiate contract terms and pricing with clients to ensure mutually beneficial agreements. Close sales deals in a timely manner while meeting or exceeding sales targets.
  • Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of sales activities, opportunities, and pipeline in the CRM system. Provide regular reports on sales performance and forecast future sales trends.
  • Stay informed about industry trends, competitors, and market developments to identify new business opportunities and stay ahead of the competition.
Qualifications:
  • Proven track record of success in sales, preferably in a B2B environment.
  • Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
  • Strong business acumen with the ability to understand client needs and propose effective solutions.
  • Self-motivated and results-oriented with a drive to exceed sales targets.
  • Ability to work independently and collaboratively within a team.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office suite.
  • Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or related field preferred.

  • This is a contract-based position with the potential for commission-based incentives based on sales performance.
  • Travel may be required to meet with clients or attend industry events.
