Job Purpose:The position is responsible for ensuring that all cleaning standards are maintained and monitored to ensure Bidvest Noonan is always compliant and audit ready. The role covers a wide variety of tasks and is not limited to the noted list below.Main Duties and Responsibilities

Responsible for the day-to-day operations of the Daily Operation cleaning staff on site
Ensure all schedules are planned and executed correctly in line with site needs and requirements
Supervise all activities of the Daily Operation cleaning team on site ➢ Ensure all areas are always kept to a high standard
Be a point of contact for all the Daily Operation cleaning team related issues
Have advance plans in place to ensure all absenteeism/holidays are covered
Advocate and develop a positive health and safety environment onsite
Manage all accidents and unsafe conditions/incidents and communicate to the Area manager and advise the remedial action to be taken to prevent a reoccurrence
Communicate in a timely manner all one-point lessons to the team to prevent reoccurrence
Maintain training records in line with site expectations
Carry out weekly team meetings and capture meeting minutes/actions
