You will be responsible for combining your expertise in user experience design with product management skills to deliver innovative solutions that meet both user needs and business objectives.Key Responsibilities:1. User Experience Design:

Lead the design process from conception to implementation, ensuring a seamless and intuitive user experience across all digital platforms.
Conduct user research, usability testing, and gather feedback to inform design decisions and continuously improve product usability.
Create wireframes, prototypes, user flows, and UI designs that effectively communicate the intended user journey and interaction design.

2. Product Management:

Define and prioritise product features and enhancements based on a deep understanding of user needs, market trends, and business goals.
Collaborate closely with other teams, including commercial, compliance, treasury, engineering and marketing, to translate product requirements into actionable plans.
Drive the product roadmap, manage project timelines, and ensure timely delivery of features while maintaining quality and scope.

3. Stakeholder Engagement:

Communicate effectively with stakeholders at all levels, including department heads, to align on product vision, strategy, and priorities.
Present design concepts, product updates, and project proposals in a clear and compelling manner, soliciting feedback and buy-in from stakeholders.

Requirements:

Bachelor's Degree or Diploma in a relevant discipline OR equivalent industry experience
Proven experience (5+ years) in UX/UI design, with a strong portfolio showcasing your design process and outcomes.
Previous experience (3+ years) in product management, with a track record of successfully delivering digital products from concept to launch.
Proficiency in design tools such as Figma, Adobe Creative Suite or similar, as well as project management tools like Jira.
Excellent communication, collaboration, and problem-solving skills, with the ability to influence and inspire cross-functional teams.
Knowledge of fintech industry trends, regulatory requirements, and best practices is a plus.
