A leading professional services company is currently seeking a commercial lawyer to join their existing Legal team on a newly created role.The company offers good flexible working arrangements, with a hybrid model of 2 or 3 days onsite at the employee's discretion.The role will focus on providing advice to a variety of internal stakeholders and business lines in relation to technology matters, such as commercial contracts, IP and AI.The successful individual will be a:

Qualified Solicitor in Ireland;
With circa 3 years' PQE (no more than 6 years' PQE);
With strong commercial contracts experience;
Experience with technology commercial contracts, IP and/or AI is a significant advantage. At the very least, candidates must have a real and demonstrable interest in the area.
