- Serve as the lead point of contact for all head office clients, building, nurturing trusted, long-lasting relationships.
- Manage and grow several key retail accounts, delivering agreed plans both in store and online
- Identify and secure new business opportunities, reaching revenue goals.
- Continuously maintain relationships with existing and prospective clients through quarterly face to face meetings
- Work cross functionally with the purchasing and graphic design team to ensure clients specific needs are looked after end to end
- Ensure all customers have marketing and launch assets, promotional asset forms and sufficient stocks at all times
- Previous working experience as Key Account leader, especially within the FMCG and or DIY sector would be an advantage
- Commercially minded with a proven track record in key account management,category & brand management
- Customer focused with a demonstrated ability to build strong relationships and deliver customer solutions
- Ability to analyse, interpret and apply sales data to make better business decisions.
