IT Helpdesk Administrator

• Responsible for the upkeep, configuration, and reliable operations, of client computers, data, and security systems.
• Duties include network equipment and other related IT infrastructure.
• Setting up Workstations and Laptops for new users.
• Provide user training on use of all computer devices in the business.
• Maintain printers, scanners, phone system both landline and mobile.
• Maintain network and wireless network.
• Run the help desk and troubleshooting to identify root cause and provide technical support when needed.

• Requires excellent problem-solving skills.
• Windows Desktop Support Technical or similar qualification.
• Comptia A+ or Network+ qualification.
• Skills to demonstration risk management.
• Excellent communications skills and interpersonal skills.
• 2-3 Years of experience with Desktop support / previous experience with cabling + networking.
