Job Type: Full-timeJob Description: We are seeking a highly organized and experienced Warehouse Manager to oversee the operations of our warehouse facility. The ideal candidate will have a minimum of 3 to 5 years of experience in warehouse management, fluency in English, and must be a native French speaker. The role requires regular travel for work and possible periods of 2 to 4 weeks away from home.Responsibilities:1 - Warehouse Operations:
- Manage all aspects of warehouse operations including organizing, receiving, storage, inventory management, and order fulfilment.
- Develop and implement efficient warehouse processes to optimize stock control, available space, etc.
- Ensure compliance with health and safety regulations and company policies.
- Oversee inventory control procedures to maintain accurate stock levels and minimise shrinkage.
- Conduct cycle counts and inventory audits to identify discrepancies and implement corrective actions.
- Coordinate with purchasing and production teams to forecast inventory needs and plan replenishment strategies.
- Coordinate with the team for all necessary tasks assigned by senior management including production process with our partners.
- Implement quality control procedures to ensure the accuracy and condition of incoming and outgoing shipments.
- Conduct regular quality inspections of products to identify and address any defects or discrepancies.
- Oversee the maintenance and servicing of warehouse equipment including forklifts, pallet jacks, and conveyor systems.
- Ensure that all equipment is operated safely and following manufacturer guidelines.
- Coordinate repairs and replacements as needed.
- Oversee the maintenance and housekeeping of office areas in the warehouse
- Maintain accurate records of warehouse activities, including receiving, shipping, and inventory transactions.
- Generate reports (items movement, dispatch, production)

- Minimum of 3 to 5 years of experience in warehouse management.
- Fluent in English and French
- Strong communication skills.
- EU/Ireland Driving licence
- Excellent organizational and problem-solving abilities.
- Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced environment.
- Willingness to travel for work regularly and for possible periods of 2 to 4 weeks.
