- Manage, and develop a team of HR Professionals (HR Business Partners, Talent Acquisition, Mobility and Compensation) to provide a comprehensive, continuous, and professional service to the business and staff on all HR related matters.
- Provide direct strategic and operational insight to key stakeholders on a range of activities including Resource Planning, Recruitment & Selection, Performance Management, Talent Development and Onboarding.
- Manage & lead the collaboration with other sections within the HR Department to shape and implement Human Resources strategy, policies, and procedures.
- Influence and drive business thinking and develop HR approaches that support operational business objectives, organisational design, and resource plans.
- Prepare case work and represent accordingly for Industrial Relation hearings and foster positive Industrial Relations/Employee Relations.
- Assist in the management & co-ordination of operational IR/ER issues, which arise and provide relevant advice and support to managers and staff as required.
- Keep abreast of changes in employment legislation across all jurisdictions and current HR issues together with actively enhancing professional development.
- Strong HR Policy and Procedure experience with a proven ability in reviewing developing and monitoring procedures to ensure continued compliance with legislative requirements. Ensure policies and procedures are regularly reviewed and in line with best practice and legislative regulations.
- Support various HR projects and initiatives in relation to employee engagement, culture, training & development, etc.
- Implement talent management initiatives that support the development and retention of high-performing employees.
- Responsible for the collation of HR metrics and statistical information for mandatory reporting requirements across the division. Analyse HR data to identify trends, opportunities, and areas for improvement.
- Establish, communicate, and execute the strategy, goals, and objectives for the HR Business Partnering area reflecting current and future business needs in the development and implementation of strategies and plans aligned with strategic objectives.
- Manage HR requirements for new country set up, liaise with relevant departments for new country set ups.
- Manage the company's performance management process, ensuring it is fair, consistent, and aligned with company goals and values.
- Manage the company's compensation and benefits programmes, ensuring they are competitive, fair, and cost effective. Analyse trends in compensation and benefits to identify opportunities.
- Support business change initiatives to enable the execution of the business strategy.
- Lead the Business EDI initiatives across the group. Promote an inclusive work environment and support workforce diversity.
- Develop strong working relationships with key stakeholders and ensure service continuity is always maintained.
- Facilitate HR workshops on sites.
- Support the Group HR Director with ad hoc projects and initiatives as and when required.
- Experience in HR management for international business
- Minimum of 5 years' experience in a similar role
- Excellent communication, presenting and written skills.
- Excellent interpersonal skills particularly around problem solving, facilitation and collaborative decision making.
- Highly Computer literate
- Proven ability to work autonomously.
- Third Level qualification in HR or equivalent
- CIPD qualified or part qualified.
- Ability to work well within strict deadlines.
- Business Travel required.
