- Prepare and cook dishes to a high standard in line with menu specifications
- Assist with food prep, service, and general kitchen duties
- Maintain cleanliness and organisation of workstations
- Follow HACCP, food safety, and hygiene regulations at all times
- Support senior chefs and work effectively as part of a team
- Assist with stock rotation and minimising waste
- Previous experience in a professional kitchen (restaurant or similar)
- Good knowledge of food safety and hygiene practices
- Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment
- Strong teamwork and communication skills
- Flexible availability, including evenings and weekends
- A positive attitude and willingness to learn
