- Provide day-to-day administrative support to the sales team to help ensure smooth operations
- Maintain and update CRM data to ensure strong pipeline hygiene and data accuracy
- Assist with weekly and monthly reporting, including pipeline reports, dashboards, and basic analysis
- Support sales reps with system queries and act as a first point of contact for sales tools and processes
- Help manage and track pipeline activity, ensuring opportunities are kept up to date
- Assist with forecasting processes by gathering and validating data
- Support territory and account data maintenance in CRM systems
- Help track sales performance and assist with basic commission data preparation
- Work with Sales, Renewals, and Operations teams to support day-to-day coordination and execution
- Identify and flag data quality or process issues and support improvements where needed
- Assist with simple process improvements and help maintain documentation for sales processes
- A naturally curious and analytical mindset
- Strong Excel and data analysis skills
- Familiarity with Salesforce or other CRM platforms
- Exposure to business intelligence tools such as Tableau
- Strong problem-solving ability and attention to detail
- Ability to work cross functionally and communicate with different teams
- Interest in learning how sales organizations operate and scale
