  • Drive new business acquisition across Ireland for CWS Workwear’s rental services.
  • Identify, research, and engage prospective B2B customers in target industries.
  • Build and manage your pipeline through proactive outreach and relationship-building.
  • Deliver impactful presentations and tailor solutions to meet client needs.
  • Close high-value rental agreements through consultative, solution-based selling.
  • Use Salesforce CRM to manage prospects, activity, and reporting.
  • Monitor competitor activity and adjust sales tactics accordingly.
  • Collaborate closely with the Head of Sales and wider sales team to meet growth targets.
What You Bring
  • Proven track record in core B2B field sales – ideally within industrial services, workwear, or related sectors.
  • A true hunter mentality – self-motivated, target-driven, and relentless in pursuit of new opportunities.
  • Experience in a customer-facing, consultative sales role.
  • Ability to analyze market trends, identify gaps, and develop entry strategies.
  • Strong commercial acumen and strategic thinking.
  • Excellent communication, negotiation, and closing skills.
  • Full clean driving license (required)
