- Drive new business acquisition across Ireland for CWS Workwear’s rental services.
- Identify, research, and engage prospective B2B customers in target industries.
- Build and manage your pipeline through proactive outreach and relationship-building.
- Deliver impactful presentations and tailor solutions to meet client needs.
- Close high-value rental agreements through consultative, solution-based selling.
- Use Salesforce CRM to manage prospects, activity, and reporting.
- Monitor competitor activity and adjust sales tactics accordingly.
- Collaborate closely with the Head of Sales and wider sales team to meet growth targets.
- Proven track record in core B2B field sales – ideally within industrial services, workwear, or related sectors.
- A true hunter mentality – self-motivated, target-driven, and relentless in pursuit of new opportunities.
- Experience in a customer-facing, consultative sales role.
- Ability to analyze market trends, identify gaps, and develop entry strategies.
- Strong commercial acumen and strategic thinking.
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and closing skills.
- Full clean driving license (required)
