- Advise and support sales teams with technical guidance, pricing estimates, and product implementation strategies.
- Analyze customer technical specifications and recommend optimal product configurations and installation processes.
- Estimate implementation effort, time, and resources required for customer deployments.
- Review sales proposals for accuracy, completeness, and quality.
- Develop and deliver technical product presentations for customers and internal sales teams.
- Provide customer training and technical troubleshooting as needed.
- Collaborate with product development and engineering teams to resolve technical issues and ensure successful product deployment.
- 2–4 years of relevant experience in field applications, technical support, sales engineering, or a related function.
- Exposure to complex tasks within the job function is expected as part of skill development.
- Typically reports to a manager while gaining experience in advanced technical and customer-facing responsibilities.
- Strong technical knowledge of product offerings and their applications.
- Ability to analyze customer requirements and recommend appropriate solutions.
- Proficiency in preparing accurate sales proposals and estimating implementation effort.
- Excellent presentation, communication, and customer training skills.
- Strong problem-solving and technical troubleshooting abilities.
- Familiarity with product specifications, technical documentation, and installation processes.
- Collaborative mindset to work effectively with sales, engineering, and product development teams.
- Ability to manage multiple tasks and prioritize effectively in a customer-facing environment.
