BIM Engineer

- You will be working as a BIM Engineer for a large semi-conductor manufacturer in Kildare.
- You will be responsible for modelling relevant HVAC services and coordinating with partnered trade contractors on the site.
- Collaborate with Rockwell BIM Engineers, Fabrication Teams, Construction Teams, and Commercial Teams.
- Attend coordination meetings with trade partners, design team, and Client Representatives.
- Present completed designs to Client Representatives to review and approval.
- Generation of Fabrication Packs and issuing to Rockwell Fabrication and Construction Teams.
- QA/QA of design work carried out by you and other Rockwell BIM Engineers.
- Ensure modelling meets the required standards as set out in the Client and Rockwell BEP`s.
- Liaise with Rockwell Construction and Fabrication Teams to communicate design intent and validate design against site conditions.
- Proficient in the use of any of the following BIM software packages (Plant 3D, Revit MEP, AutoCAD, Solid Works, CADWorx) – Rockwell are currently using Plant 3D for the project.
- 2+ years minimum of experience in Intel BIM Coordination
- Ability to work in a vibrant multi discipline collaborative design environment
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills
- Strong work ethic and self-starter
- Previous Intel Experience Essential.
