Role: Senior EngineerClient: Leading Residential DeveloperEssentials: HETAC Level 8 Engineering qualification, minimum of 5 years’ similar experience in Ireland, strong project management skills.Location: Dublin 4Salary: €70,000 - €80,000Package: Company Car, annual bonuses, pension, health insurance, annual salary reviews, life assurance, income protection, travel schemes and moreProgression: Opportunity to lead and mentor an engineering teamOverseeing: Site management, quality assurance, subcontractor coordination, and stakeholder relationshipsKey responsibilities include managing and coordinating subcontractors and service providers to ensure testing and commissioning timelines are met, monitoring the quality control of subcontractor work, and ensuring compliance with Building Regulations and design standards.You will also be responsible for reviewing design documents, participating in Design Team Meetings, resolving any design issues, and updating quality assurance documentation.
