They are looking for a highly ambitious individual who wants to challenge themselves and excel in their career.Responsibilities:Providing specialist technical leadershipPlanning resourcing of projects and monitoring against budgetsImplementation of best practice in project controls, performance management, and project reportingMonitoring sub-contractor performance and determining labour requirementsEnsuring staff is kept up to date with current legislation and training needs to meet the company’s objectivesRequirements:Previous management experience on large scale projectsStrong commercial acumen and negotiation skillsQualification in Engineering, Quantity Surveying, Construction Management or equivalentBackground in carpentry is beneficialAmbitious and self-motivatedTeam player and an excellent communicatorSalary:65k + DOE
