The firm is known for its deep expertise in digital finance transformation, and this role will play a key part in leading complex programmes across ERP, EPM, and analytics platforms.As part of its continued expansion, the firm is seeking a Senior Manager to take on a leadership role within its Finance Transformation practice, driving delivery excellence and client engagement across multiple sectors.What will I be doing?As a Senior Manager, you will:
  • Lead large-scale finance transformation programmes, overseeing multiple workstreams and managing cross-functional teams.
  • Act as a trusted advisor to senior client stakeholders, shaping solutions that align with strategic objectives.
  • Own the delivery of complex projects involving ERP and EPM platforms (e.g., SAP, Oracle, Tagetik, OneStream, Anaplan).
  • Drive business development efforts, including proposal creation, client presentations, and account growth.
  • Provide subject matter expertise in finance operating models, performance management, and digital enablement.
  • Mentor and develop consultants and managers, fostering a high-performance and inclusive team culture.
  • Collaborate with global colleagues to bring innovative thinking and best practices to local engagements.
This is a strategic and delivery-focused role, offering the opportunity to influence major transformation programmes and contribute to the firm's growth.What skills and profile will I need?We're looking for someone with:
  • 10+ years of experience in finance transformation, consulting, or enterprise performance management.
  • Proven track record in leading complex transformation programmes from strategy through to execution.
  • Strong knowledge of finance processes, reporting, and enabling technologies (ERP, EPM, analytics).
  • Experience managing senior stakeholders and influencing decision-making at C-suite level.
  • Professional qualifications such as ACA, ACCA, CIMA, MBA, or project management certifications (e.g., PMP, Prince2).
  • Commercial acumen and the ability to identify and convert new business opportunities.
  • A collaborative leadership style and a passion for developing others.
  • Excellent communication, planning, and problem-solving skills.
