Job Description :Role: Branch ManagerLocation: Dublin 1 (City Centre)Salary: €50K - €55K + Bonus + Co. CarWe are seeking a dynamic and results-driven Branch Manager to oversee the operational and commercial performance of our branch. Reporting to the Regional Operations and Sales leadership team, the successful candidate will be responsible for ensuring smooth day-to-day operations, driving revenue growth, maintaining service excellence, and managing resources effectively to achieve business objectives. Min 2 years experience in managerial role, ideally within operations and/or commercial management.

Demonstrated success in managing P&L, driving sales, and leading teams.

Proficient with Microsoft Word and Excel (intermediate level)

Strong organisational and interpersonal skills

Able to work independently and take initiative

Proven team player who can motivate and support other

Full, clean driving licence is essential
