- Experience in product management and technology delivery, ideally within enterprise IT or end-user computing environments.
- Practical knowledge of large-scale mobile platforms, device programs, and App Store operations.
- Familiarity with MDM/UEM tools such as Jamf, Intune, or Workspace ONE.
- Understanding of mobile device enrollment, security, and compliance in a corporate setting.
- Excellent communication skills, able to explain technical concepts to diverse audiences.
- Strong organizational and stakeholder management skills; comfortable in fast-paced environments.
- Awareness of zero-trust security, mobile app security frameworks, or AI-driven endpoint management.
- Experience working in regulated industries such as financial services, healthcare, or government.
- Exposure to eSIM, shared devices, or rugged device programs.
- Industry certifications (CITM, ITIL, CSPO) or financial services experience.
