Our client who are one of the largest flooring and tiling Contractors in the country have a requirement for a Contracts Manager to join their company on a permanent basis. This company is established over 50 years and is Irelands leading force within their sector.The company presently delivers over 200 projects per year across a range of sectors from Health, Education, Commercial to Leisure, Information Technology, Retail, Pharmaceutical and Residential. Their largest project undertaken to date was a New Acute Hospital with floor and wall finished in excess of 100,000m2 and a contract value of €4 million. Their customer base range from Coca-Cola, Bank of America to Symantec to the Blackrock Clinic.What we are looking for:If you are a Fitter and are seeking to take the next step in your career away from tools and into management. The company has a mentoring system in place to support and enable your transition into this management role.Requirements:

Minimum 5 years' experience within the Flooring and Tiling sector
Computer Literate
Fitter background
Motivated individual with drive and ambition to develop your career and skillset
