- Prepare and maintain construction sites.
- Load/unload materials and equipment.
- Carry out physical labour (digging, lifting, backfilling, etc.).
- Operate basic machinery and power tools.
- Assist tradespeople
- Perform light repairs, painting, and landscaping.
- Ensure health & safety procedures are followed at all times.
- Support with general site cleaning and upkeep (sweeping, dusting, waste disposal, etc.).
- Previous experience in construction or general labour preferred.
- Ability to perform physical tasks in all weather conditions.
- Safe Pass & Manual Handling Certificate (essential).
- Familiarity with tools and equipment.
- Reliable, team-oriented, and able to follow instructions
