- Proven experience as a Turner Lathe Operator in a manufacturing setting.
- Strong knowledge of lathe machine operation, setup, and maintenance.
- Ability to read and interpret engineering drawings and technical specifications.
- Proficiency in using precision measuring instruments such as micrometers and calipers.
- Attention to detail and commitment to producing high-quality components.
- Good problem-solving skills and ability to work efficiently under pressure.
- Strong communication skills and ability to work collaboratively within a team.
- Understanding of health and safety regulations in the machining environment.
