Our client, a thriving pharmacy retail chain are seeking a Pharmacy Manager to join their busy store located in Co. Kildare.As Pharmacy Manager, you will be responsible for the overall running of the store, as well as motivating and empowering a great team. This is a fantastic opportunity to kick-start your career in pharmacy and make a meaningful impact in a busy store.Skills and experience required for this job:

Previous retail management experience in pharmacy, fashion, or non-food retailing
A proven track record in driving sales and customer service
Experience in achieving set and agreed KPIs
Excellent people management skills

Responsibilities of this job:

Ensure that the highest standards of professionalism and customer care are consistently delivered
Provide leadership and support to your team across the pharmacy dispensary, OTC counters, beauty counters, and retail floor
Effectively manage all KPI’s and ensure all training is delivered at all times
Analysing trade reports and reacting accordingly to ensure the correct product mix for customer profile
Ensure that company procedures are implemented to a consistently high standard
Ensure the store is delivering on store standards and visual display
Liaising closely with the Operations Manager, Head Office, and the Buying Team with regards to bestsellers and promotions
Performance management of colleagues, including appraisals, disciplining, coaching, motivation, & mentoring

Salary package:

Up to €18 per hour depending on experience

Great working hours – no late nights or Sundays
