
Treasury Analyst

- Update TMS user and static data administration, ensure set-up complies with Treasury best practice.
- Collaborate with users of TMS/Payment Hub and other internal/external teams to resolve queries and issues as they arise.
- Assist in the monitoring and remediation of AIG Payment activity and assist in remediation of related issues.
- Support the Treasury Operations team through regulatory, industry best-practice, business and Treasury led enhancements to help deliver a best-in-class technology and data driven Treasury Operations team.
- Support the transition of Electronic Banking Users/processes to Kyriba platform to allow closure of third-party applications.
- Work on enhancement requests, configuring Treasury applications, internal and external testing and Treasury led promotion to production activities.
- As a Kyriba support contact, log and monitor support tickets in the Kyriba Support Portal as required.
- Work closely with management to implement end to end operational processes and controls relating to new Treasury technology.
- Provide feedback into relationship management calls/metrics.
- The role will involve a combination of teamwork and close collaboration with small teams, as well as independent management of items.
- Support the management of Kyriba patches and upgrades with internal/external stakeholders.
- Ensure adherence to all AIG Treasury policies and controls.
- Assess Treasury and business related TMS processes with a view to gain optimum use of the TMS.
- Other Treasury related duties as required.
- Experience using TMS (Treasury Management System) and/or Payment hub – Preferably Kyriba
- Treasury/Finance Operations Background an advantage.
- Knowledge of payment formats an advantage and/or ability to read XML file format.
- Must possess strong interpersonal skills (both verbal and written)
- Proficient in Microsoft office specifically Excel and Word and Powerpoint. Visual Basic knowledge an advantage
- English fluency is required.
- Strong analytical skills and be able to work independently and with a team.
- Ability to investigate, troubleshoot and resolve items to completion and implement change to prevent reoccurrence.
- Must be able to communicate information clearly and concisely to stakeholders as needed, in both written and verbal format.
