Experience in working with challenging behaviours of Adults and Children with Intellectual Disabilities
Work as part of a dedicated team, as well as independently if/when required
Build and maintain positive, professional relationships with service users and all stakeholders.
Support the day-to-day running of services, ensuring a safe, supportive environment for all.
Ensure adherence and understanding of HIQA standards and residential care regulations.
We are seeking suitability qualified Healthcare Assistants on a Full & Part time basis offering permanent opportunities - and as a Residential Healthcare Assistant (HCA), you will be supporting individuals with disabilities in a residential setting across North Cork ( Locations below)

Essential Qualifications & Requirements:
QQI Level 5 qualification in healthcare or a relevant field (Full award)
Experience of working with children/adults in the field of intellectual disability
Full manual driving licence and access to your own transport.
A degree of flexibility and the ability to work as part of a team.
A genuine passion for supporting individuals with disabilities and helping them maximise their quality of life.
