Position: Senior Sales Executive (Part Time, Permanent)Location: Aspect Hotel Park West, Dublin 12Aspect Hotel Park West is looking for a Part-Time Senior Sales Executive to work as part of our wonderful team.Our HotelAspect Hotel Dublin Park West is situated within the award-winning Park West Business Campus, near the city and all the major road networks. Access to and from the hotel is effortless and well located within just four miles West of Dublin City Centre. Access to the city is made easy by commuter train which takes just 8 minutes and there is also a regular bus service from just outside the hotel. It’s the ideal spot for people travelling for business or leisure, offering 141 guest bedrooms and serviced apartments as well as excellent conference facilities. We offer warm and friendly service to all of our guests and hope that you can become part of that team ethic.The RoleThe ideal candidate will have at least 2 years of experience in a hotel position. They will be reliable, organised, be a good team player and have a natural flair and enthusiasm for dealing with and communicating with people. Exceptional attention to detail is essential as well as the ability to work on your own initiative. Candidate must be a car owner with a full clean driver's licence as the role will involve regular travel to meetings, sales calls and trade shows.The Responsibilities:As a Senior Sales Executive will report directly to the hotel Sales and Marketing manager.Duties will include:

Working with the hotel’s existing database to re-establish contact with lapsed companies and guests
Nurturing and developing relationships with our existing clients
Identifying and securing new sources of business in all areas including rooms, meeting and events
Attending trade shows, networking events and client meetings as required
Recording all sales activity and results on company’s CRM system
Issuing weekly sales activity reports to the relevant hotel managers
To liaise with the other PREM Group sales managers to identify any potential opportunities for cross-selling
