We are looking for an upbeat, enthusiastic, and self-motivated individual to join our award winning team here at Off The Bone Gastropub, located in the Great National South Court Hotel, as a Team Lead.If you are looking for that next step and a little more responsibility, then we have the opportunity for you! Ensure that our guests have an enjoyable guest experience when they visit us at Off the Bone Gastro pub.
Ensure that Service Standards are implemented on a day to day basis.
Be fully aware of what is happening in the operation in terms of bookings, events and special promotions.
Motivate, organise and delegate duties to the team each evening.
Greet, welcome and seat guests
Maintain a visible presence in the room
Deal with complaints in a professional and prompt manner.

Ideal Candidate:

2+ years experience in a food and beverage establishment is required. Team Lead experience desirable, but not necessary.
A positive attitude with a passion for the hospitality industry.
Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
Team player with the ability to multi task and a fine eye for detail.
An authentic people person who can deliver exceptional customer service with confidence and professionalism.
Ability to take the initiative and demonstrate working independently while handling multiple responsibilities and following up on queries and inquiries as part of a daily routine.
Level headed with strong problem-solving skills and a natural ability to think creatively and find innovative solutions to problems.
Fluent English.
Have full permission or hold a valid visa to work in the EU.
