Salary € 30,000 -40,000The RoleLeinster Appointments is currently recruiting for a Sales Administrator role in Dublin 12. This is a permanent, full time role.Fully office based€36,000 - €38,000Main duties:Overseeing all aspects of invoicing.Reviewing and validating all Sales Orders and deals processed through the system.Acting as the primary point of contact for dealers.Managing and responding to queries from sales representatives and the Dealer Network.Handling enquiries relating to vehicle stock and incoming units, providing timely updates to the dealer network.Preparing weekly vehicle sales reports and conducting related analysis.Utilising the Keyloop DMS in the day-to-day management of vehicle administration.Processing vehicle registrations with Revenue, including STAT codes and second-stage Certificate of Conformity (COC) documentation.Maintaining regular communication with aftersales departments.Managing and reporting on leads within the CRM system.Overseeing vehicle inventory control and stocktake reporting.Coordinating vehicle purchasing from the factory.Administering extended warranty purchases and ongoing management.Providing general administrative support related to vehicle operations.The PersonPrevious experience in a similar role within a main dealer or importer environment.Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Excel.Knowledge of Keyloop DMS is desirable (training will be provided).Strong administrative, organisational, and reporting capabilities.
