- Managing, coaching and developing a team to deliver excellent customer service.
- Achieving the attrition, absence and adherence targets.
- Ensuring accurate payroll management and minimising administration errors and overpayments.
- Working with your team members to meet customer needs in a responsive and efficient manner.
- Managing escalated problems and performing root cause analysis of any trends identified to improve customer experience.
- Driving employee engagement through effective communication in one-to-one meeting's, team meetings and workshops.
- Ensure all KPI’s are met and adhered to.
- Delivery of weekly and monthly reports.
- Adhering to HR policies and procedures to provide a fair and consistent approach to managing staff
- Self-motivated with the ability to think ahead
- Experience of managing and leading a team
- Excellent time management and prioritisation skills
- Ability to train and develop team members to achieve stretch results in a fast-paced environment
- Excellent communication skills which can be demonstrated to relay information appropriately at all levels – to be able to avoid and deal with conflict
- Flexibility and resourcefulness
- Ability to be based on site in our Clonakilty office
