SOC Code: 5330 A Construction Foreman is required to look after and help out labour where needed. Ideal candidate will have can do attitude, keen to learn and hard-working individual. As a foreman, you will play a crucial role in executing various construction tasks and ensuring the successful completion of projects. Tasks include but not limited to: Supervise and manage daily activities on site including direct labour and subcontractors, ensuring high standards of workmanship, productivity and site conduct. Coordinate and undertake hands-on construction tasks where required-ideally with a carpentry or multi-trade background. Ensuring all health and safety guidelines are followed strictly. Conducting regular site inspections and addressing any potential hazards immediately. Drive Excavator, Digger, etc machinery Ability to read and understand drawings, blueprints, and construction plans Maintaining accurate records of employee attendance, site activities, and progress reports. Coordinating with project managers, engineers, and architects to ensure that all activities align with the project plan. Ordering and managing the inventory of construction materials to ensure a steady supply without excessive overstock. Problem-solving and troubleshooting any issues that may interrupt the timeline or budget of the project. Perform a wide range of construction tasks, including excavation, foundation work, framing, roofing, and finishing. Break out Concrete and Repair with suitable material and shutters required. Must know strip the shutters for reuse. Collaborate with Project Managers, engineers, and other construction professionals to meet project requirements. At least 1 year of proven Experience in the Construction Industry Clean Driving Licence (preferred). Construction related certifications are a bonus. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
