Your primary responsibility will be to create, evaluate, and refine question-answer pairs that simulate real-world scenarios. By leveraging your linguistic expertise and cultural knowledge, you'll help ensure that AI systems provide relevant and contextually accurate responses.Key Responsibilities- Create, assess, and refine question-answer pairs to improve LLM performance.- Annotate data accurately and consistently according to predefined guidelines.- Evaluate the quality of existing datasets and machine learning outputs.- Conduct basic research to ensure accurate annotations.- Develop and maintain annotation guidelines for consistent, high-quality results.- Provide feedback on annotation tasks to improve processes and workflows.- Identify trends or patterns in annotated data and share insights with the team.- Research new entity categories and best practices for organizing them.RequirementsWe're looking for candidates who are analytical, adaptable, and passionate about working with data.
