- Lead mechanical fabrication and installation projects from planning to completion
- Coordinate design, fabrication, logistics, and site teams
- Manage client and stakeholder relationships across European projects
- Oversee site progress during regular European travel
- Deliver projects on time, within budget, and to high quality & safety standards
- Manage schedules, budgets, resources, and project reporting
- Ensure H&S, regulatory compliance, and commercial control (costs, procurement, variations)
- Degree in Mechanical Engineering or a related discipline (graduates welcome)
- Open to candidates from:
- Mechanical Engineering (graduate or early-career)
- BIM / Digital Construction backgrounds
- Mechanical, M&E, or construction environments
- Strong interest in project management and large-scale engineering projects
- Understanding (or academic exposure) to mechanical systems, installations, or fabrication
- Strong organisational and communication skills with a willingness to learn
- Proficiency in MS Office; exposure to BIM or project tools is an advantage
- Full driving licence & valid passport (European travel essential)
- Internship, placement, or early experience in construction, M&E, or engineering projects
- Experience or exposure to BIM tools (e.g., Revit, Navisworks)
- Knowledge of data centre, industrial, or pharma environments
- Understanding of project delivery or coordination processes
- Interest in pursuing PMP, Prince2, or similar certifications
