- Lead and manage the day-to-day operations of the residential showroom
- Handle showroom walk-ins, scheduled appointments, and presentation of the
- space
- Convert inbound enquiries from homeowners, designers, architects, and
- builders
- Build long-term client relationships and develop growth partnerships
- Manage current key accounts and nurture up-and-coming growth partners
- Drive revenue to meet a personal annual sales target.
- Use our CRM (Pipedrive) to manage your pipeline and maintain sales discipline
- Collaborate with the commercial and operations teams to ensure seamless
- project delivery
- Actively review your KPIs to inform strategy, performance, and process
- improvement
- 3-5 years of proven sales experience with a demonstrable record of results
- Strong background in consultative, B2C or specification selling
- Experience in a luxury showroom environment is highly desirable
- Familiarity with building materials, interior finishes, or design/construction is a
- strong advantage
- A consistent and professional individual who operates with integrity, takes pride
- in their work, and delivers excellence at every touchpoint
- Comfortable using AI tools and digital platforms to streamline workflows,
- reduce admin time, and enhance overall sales effectiveness
- Excellent follow-through, attention to detail, and organisational skills
- Self-motivated and confident in owning a function with autonomy and
- accountability
- Strong communication skills and a disciplined approach to using CRM software
- This is a full-time, in-showroom role operating on a rotation between Monday-Friday and Tuesday-Saturday.
