Bunratty Castle Hotel are recruiting a full-time Chef de Partie to work day shifts.As Chef de Partie, you are required to deliver high-quality food, handle purchase orders and be able to work in a busy environment.Duties Include:

Preparing, cooking, and presenting high quality dishes
Assisting the Head Chef and Sous Chef in creating menu items, recipes and developing dishes
Assisting with the management of health and safety
Assisting with the management of HACCP practices
Managing, supporting, and training any Commis Chefs
Ensure department adheres to applicable legislation and that appropriate records are maintained
Maintain and monitor guest satisfaction levels, operational quality and food costs on a continuous basis
Monitoring portion and waste control
Overseeing the maintenance of kitchen and food safety standards
