You will work on topics that range from groundbreaking sales strategy to the nuts and bolts of sales operations. You will do this through a combination of analytical insight, strong business acumen, and robust cross-functional partnerships with leaders in Sales, Marketing, Finance, HR, etc. You will work closely with EMEA Sales Leadership to set sales strategy and medium and long term goals for the Enterprise EMEA business. You will then lead the execution of many of these initiatives, supporting them with ad hoc reporting and analysis along the way.This position is an individual contributor role reporting to the Senior Director, EMEA Sales Strategy & Operations.ResponsibilityBe the business Partner for the VP of DACH Sales and AVP of Sales Development to drive growth in the regionDefine and drive cross-functional strategic projects focused on improving our go-to-market (GTM) engineBring thought leadership and strategic thinking to projects ranging from go-to-market design to internal operationsOptimize GTM strategy including core sales processes, productivity drivers, infrastructure and regional performanceLead projects end-to-end, ensuring cross-team collaborationDevelop models to predict business performance, support long-range planning, and identify opportunities for improvementsDesign reporting cadence, governance, and data strategy for the EMEA sales organizationDevelop and deliver presentations to senior leaders and executivesDevelop and track KPIs at global and regional levelsDefine systems, tools, and business requirements for varied Field Sales programsOperate with a high degree of autonomyAssist with ad hoc requests and projects from the sales organizationJob DesignationHybrid: Employee divides their time between in-office and remote work.
