- Performing claims and schedule delay analysis
- Providing and performing schedule management and advice
- Assisting with the preparation of expert reports in dispute resolution procedures
- Providing a high-quality and timely service to our Clients
- Bachelors or master’s degree in Engineering, Construction Management or equivalent
- Several years Post-Qualification Experience in the construction industry or a related profession.
- Excellent communication (written and verbal), mathematical, and organizational skills Proficient working knowledge of relevant industry programme management software including Primavera P6, Asta Powerproject, and MS Project, and Microsoft applications such as Word, PowerPoint, Excel, and Access
- Ability to manage multiple tasks and prioritise changing workloads;
- Ability to work independently, exercise good judgment and resourcefulness;
- Ability to work well under pressure;
- Professional and confident demeanour
- Experience and willingness in business development activities;
- Proactive individual with strong drive, ambition and enthusiasm;
- Excellent communication and presentation skills (oral and written);
- Capable of supporting positions with rational arguments;
- Team player with positive and energetic attitude.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office package; e.g. Word, Excel, and PowerPoint;
