- Create and validate CNC part programs for lathes and mills.
- Adjust G Code to meet drawing specifications.
- Provide support with tooling, jigs, and fixtures.
- Troubleshoot production issues and drive corrective actions.
- Train operators and line leads on process changes.
- Prepare BOMs, routings, and AutoCAD drawings.
- Collaborate with Sales, Purchasing, Quality, and Manufacturing.
- 2-5 years' experience in a CNC/machine shop environment.
- Strong hands-on CNC machining experience (lathes or mills).
- Proficiency in 2D/3D CAD, ideally AutoCAD.
- Understanding of engineering standards and manufacturing methods.
- MS Office skills, especially Excel.
- Strong communicator with good organisational skills.
- Analytical, proactive, and able to work independently.
- Motivated, detail-focused, and quick to learn.
