We are seeking a professional, passionate, and customer-focused Bartender to join our incredible team.The successful candidate will be responsible for delivering outstanding bar service, crafting high-quality beverages, and creating memorable guest experiences that reflect the elegance and reputation of The Park Hotel Kenmare.Key Responsibilities

Prepare and serve a wide range of beverages including cocktails, wines, spirits, beers, and non-alcoholic drinks to the highest standards.
Provide warm, attentive, and professional service to guests in line with the hotel's luxury hospitality standards.
Maintain expert knowledge of cocktails, wines, spirits, and bar menu offerings.
Offer recommendations and engage guests to enhance their overall experience.
Ensure the bar area is clean, organised, and fully stocked at all times.
Adhere to all health, safety, and hygiene regulations.
Monitor and manage bar inventory, including restocking and reporting shortages.
Handle cash, card payments, and billing accurately.
Work collaboratively with the restaurant and hotel team to ensure seamless service.
Uphold responsible service of alcohol guidelines.
Contribute to the creation of new cocktails and seasonal drink menus when required.

QualificationsSkills & Qualifications

Previous experience as a bartender in a high-end bar, hotel, or restaurant environment preferred.
Strong knowledge of classic and contemporary cocktails, spirits, and wines.
Excellent customer service and communication skills.
Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment while maintaining high standards.
Professional appearance and demeanour.
Strong attention to detail and organizational skills.
Ability to work flexible hours including evenings, weekends, and holidays.
Knowledge of responsible alcohol service practices.
