As part of the Engineering Department, you will oversee both facilities and soft services, managing service provider contracts and ensuring the site operates in a GMP state at all times. You will work cross-functionally with operations, quality, EHS, procurement, and global teams to deliver a safe, efficient, and audit-ready environment.Key ResponsibilitiesManage GxP and non-GxP service provider contracts across multiple service areasOversee general maintenance, HVAC, utilities, and new construction/renovation projectsEnsure cleaning, pest control, laundry, catering, and security services meet regulatory standardsMaintain compliance with GMP, EHS, and legal requirementsSupport safety, quality, and non-quality investigationsProvide facilities technical support to site projectsManage budgets and optimise service deliveryPrepare for and support regulatory and corporate auditsAbout YouLevel 8 degree in Science or Engineering5+ years' technical experience on an operating siteStrong background in GMP manufacturing environmentsProven project management, leadership, and stakeholder management skillsExcellent communication skills and ability to manage multiple prioritiesContract Type: LTD | Onsite in DublinThe Next Step for you:
