- Lead and independently manage engagements or major workstreams within large programmes, providing final review on deliverables
- Support and manage project teams, ensuring workloads are balanced and conducting regular project retrospectives
- Execute rigorous analysis to build evidence supporting strategy development and change, and develop informed recommendations
- Lead engagements from scoping through delivery, working closely with Deloitte Partners and internal teams to address clients’ strategic challenges
- Manage day-to-day client relationships, shaping strategic hypotheses and recommendations, and acting as a trusted advisor
- Plan and manage moderately complex projects on time and within budget, including billing, quality control, risk management, and team planning
- Take a leadership role in business development, identifying opportunities for broader offerings and contributing to sales materials and pursuit processes
- Mentor and coach junior colleagues to develop their technical and soft skills and support their career growth
- Build personal brand and subject matter expertise by proactively developing skills, seeking feedback, and sharing insights with colleagues
- Extensive experience leading strategy development, operating model design, or business transformation, ideally with exposure to M&A consulting or corporate strategy delivery
- Proven stakeholder and team management skills, with experience delivering business-critical outcomes under time pressure
- Entrepreneurial mindset with strong problem-solving skills, adaptability, and creativity in addressing client challenges
- Strong analytical capabilities with the ability to generate actionable insights and recommendations
- Ability to simplify complex ideas and communicate key messages clearly and concisely.
- Solid understanding of constructing and evidencing strategic arguments, structuring analysis, and understanding market dynamics
- Postgraduate or professional qualification (e.g., MBA or equivalent) is advantageous
- Strong financial analysis and modelling skills are beneficial
- Flexibility to travel as required
