Call handling for the inbound IT support hotline
Fully qualifying and processing incoming IT support tickets in adherence to the agreed service, quality, and client satisfaction levels
Applying solutions, workarounds, patches and fixes
Effective dispatch to the correct organisation and resolver group
Ensuring compliance with all security and data protection standards, policies and processes

To thrive in this role, you need...

to be confidently fluent in both English and French (C2 or Native)
a Third Level Qualification - Certificate, Diploma or Degree in an IT related discipline
excellent customer service skills
to have attention to detail with the ability to multi-task
team player spirit
Desired skills (not required)...

ITIL process knowledge would be beneficial
experience with using monitoring tools for incoming tickets

Terms & Package

Salary: up to €29,440 per annum
Location: Dublin, Ireland
Permanent Contract, Full-time
Hours: Monday - Friday, 8am - 4pm

Flexibility to change shift to ensure the best coverage for service
Availability for working some Public Holidays if required
