- Call handling for the inbound IT support hotline
- Fully qualifying and processing incoming IT support tickets in adherence to the agreed service, quality, and client satisfaction levels
- Applying solutions, workarounds, patches and fixes
- Effective dispatch to the correct organisation and resolver group
- Ensuring compliance with all security and data protection standards, policies and processes
- to be confidently fluent in both English and French (C2 or Native)
- a Third Level Qualification - Certificate, Diploma or Degree in an IT related discipline
- excellent customer service skills

- ITIL process knowledge would be beneficial
- experience with using monitoring tools for incoming tickets
- Salary: up to €29,440 per annum
- Location: Dublin, Ireland
- Permanent Contract, Full-time
- Hours: Monday - Friday, 8am - 4pm
- Flexibility to change shift to ensure the best coverage for service
- Availability for working some Public Holidays if required
