We’re looking for a passionate and driven Head Chef to lead the kitchen of our welcoming boutique hotel in Cork. This is a fantastic opportunity to take ownership of a kitchen, shape a fresh and exciting menu, and lead a small, dedicated team in delivering memorable dining experiences.What We Offer:

Key Responsibilities:

Lead day-to-day kitchen operations with a hands-on approach
Design and evolve seasonal menus that reflect creativity and quality
Ensure full HACCP compliance and maintain the highest food safety standards
Train, mentor, and inspire a small kitchen team
Manage stock, suppliers, and kitchen budgets efficiently

What We’re Looking For:

Proven experience as a Head Chef or Senior Sous Chef ready to step up
Strong leadership and communication skills
A passion for fresh, locally sourced ingredients and innovative cooking
Excellent knowledge of HACCP and kitchen hygiene standards
Flexibility to work evenings and weekends (5 over 7 schedule)
