Fund Operations Analyst - Needed ASAPMy client is a leading central operations team that supports a wide range of private equity funds. This is initially a 6-month day rate contract but has the potential to be extended and/or be offered permanency. My client is ideally looking for someone to start in August.About the Role:
As a Fund Operations Analyst, you'll help with tasks like data entry, report preparation, checking fund expenses, and managing cashflow data. You'll follow clear processes and work closely with other teams to ensure everything is accurate and delivered on time.Key Responsibilities:Enter and review financial data using Excel and InvestranGenerate and check reports like capital account statements and distribution noticesReview fund expenses and support regulatory and client reportingReconcile data and ensure everything matchesFollow standard procedures and keep clear records of your workWork on improvement projects and support your team as neededThe Must Haves:
  • 1.5 - 2years of experience in finance or accounting (private equity is a must)
  • Proficient in Investran, MS Excel and open to learning new systems
Strong attention to detail and organizational skillsAble to work independently and as part of a teamGood communication skills (written and spoken)
